Session 1 - Developing Your Facebook Strategy

 

 

Tuesday April 6th - 4PM-5PM
Having a strong strategy is the first step in building a firm foundation for using Facebook as a business tool. This sesssion will explore issues like: who is using Facebook, why are they using Facebook, what are they doing on Facebook, and more. This session will also cover the questions you need to ask yourself, such as 'how often should I post content' and 'WHAT content should I post'?

Session 2 - Building Your Facebook Page

 

 

Tuesday April 13th - 4PM-5PM
By planning out the various components to use on your public profile, you will develop a plan to build a public profile that attracts fans and encourages sharing. This session will walk you step-by-step through the process of getting started with your Facebook Page. We will also look at various Facebook applications you can take advantage of and how to embed custom content into your page.

Session 3 - Operating Your Facebook Page

 

 

Tuesday April 20th - 4PM-5PM
Just having a good looking page doesn't mean that people will become fans, interact with your organization, and buy from you. During session 3, we'll cover the process of publishing valuable content with a publishing calendar, using Friend Lists and connecting with fans. Measurement techniques will also be covered, helping you gauge your return on investment.

Session 4 - Marketing Your Facebook Page

 

 

Tuesday April 27th - 4PM-5PM
You can't just depend on 'build it and they will come'. This session will cover the various marketing techniques you can employ - on and offline - that will help more people come in the know of your Public Profile and move them closer towards conversion. We'll cover Facebook advertisements, share, and connect, as well as integrating facebook into your website, blog, and email campaigns.
