Session 3 - Email Marketing 101

June 10th, 2010 – 4PM – 5PM 
Email marketing is incredibly important to your business. Review best practices to help reduce SPAM, improve open and click through rates (CTR), and learn how to get started right away with the various tools available. Review customer relationship management tools to make sure every touch point is logged and can help improve your sales initiatives. 

Session 4 - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

June 17th, 2010 – 4PM – 5PM
Learn why SEO and SEM are important for your organization’s website. Optimize your internet presence, starting with your website and keywords. Review the difference between SEO and SEM, and then look into the important tactics that can be used in developing a strategy for taking advantage of Google and the search engines. 

Session 5 - Social Media Optimization (SMO) Pt 1

June 24th, 2010 – 4PM – 5PM 
Are you ready to take the leap into the social mediasphere? Small businesses, corporations and non- profits alike are starting to realize the need to embrace social media and Web 2.0. Given the fact that over 30 million photos are uploaded to Facebook daily and Twitter has grown over 750% in the last year, ignoring these social media sites could hurt you in the long run as competitors in your industry beat you to market. During SMO Part 1, we’ll cover blogs (web logs), RSS feeds, and the fastest growing website Twitter. 

Session 6 - Social Media Optimization (SMO) Pt 2

July 1st, 2010 – 4PM – 5PM
This last and final session is the second part of a 2 part section on optimizing your use of social media. This session will cover social media in depth, and explore the power of social bookmarking sites such as delicious, digg, and reddit. Also, this session will cover how to get started with online video websites such as YouTube, and multiple web 2.0 tools that can be used to grow your business with little or no expense.
